Sue Di

Sue Di is an assistant for Stepping Stones’ Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program. Her academic background is in education, and she has also worked in schools as a teacher and an activity organiser. These experiences made her realise that children’s learning outcomes depend not only on the curriculum content itself but more on whether they are in an emotional environment where they feel understood and accepted — and that is exactly what draws her most to the SEL program.

At Stepping Stones, She supports the Program Manager in volunteer coordination, curriculum development, and program evaluation.

“I hope to bring my educational background and attention to detail to help the SEL program take root more firmly, so that more children can grow up learning to understand themselves and others, and feel a sense of security along the way.”
