Stepping Stones’ greatest asset is its large community of volunteers, who are eager for high-impact volunteering opportunities in China. Stepping Stones’ task is to recruit, train, support, resource and coordinate volunteers to provide services needed by our beneficiaries.
Our volunteers come from all over the world and from all walks of life, including high school students, university students, company employees and retirees. As well as teaching English and digital literacy to our students, they also take a myriad of other roles, including fundraising, communications, design, photography, curriculum development, volunteer coordination, translation, etc.
