In an effort to ever increase the impact of our rural volunteering programme, our 7th rural volunteering tour was the biggest group we have taken to date, and for the longest period, with 16 people going to Henan for a whole week, teaching English to 287 students at Zhaozhuang Primary School in Zhecheng County, Shangqiu Municipality for three days.
Volunteers, students and local teachers all thoroughly enjoyed the unique opportunity to interact, and the volunteers want to go back to the same school for even longer next time, to teach for a whole week. Contact Gloria if you would like to join the next visit in April 2013!
